Addicting – In a Good Way!
I thought I was addicted to Fishdom before, but now that I’ve downloaded Liong: The Dragon Dance game I can’t stop playing this one (although I still play Fishdom, of course). I can’t add much to what the previous reviewer said – he gave a great description. All I can say is that I look forward everyday to get on the computer to play this game. I feel like I’m sharpening my brain while having fun and and listening to the gorgeous music. It also has great graphics and many levels to play. You can select to play “Puzzle” or “Mahjong”, as well as select to play it under the easy, normal, or difficult levels. Love it!

This game has the best of mahjong, matching, fun, and excitement. Some levels are very challenging, but you can re-do levels. This I like. The bonus levels are also neat.
The game involves speed and sight recognition. This sounds easy, but it’s not. The game levels increase in difficulty. However, the levels never become impossible or nearly so.
While I wouldn’t say this game is “educational”, it does help in the shape, design, color recognition areas. It helps sharpen the speed of recognition of the metioned areas. (Ok, it’s also fun.) This ability to quickly recognize shapes, designs, and other elements while being timed is a very useful skill that is used in everyday life. (Ok, this sound like it’s justification, but it’s also true.)
The music is relaxing and acutally (at least for me) helps me concentrate on the game.
All in all, I give this game a major thumbs up.
